Beef Processing

Processing Fee $0.75 per lb. ($350 minimum)

Slaughter Fee $55

Disposal Fee $25

Hamburger Patties $1 per lb.*

Regular Summer Sausage $3.50 per lb.*

Jalapeno & Cheese Summer Sausage $4 per lb.*

Jerky $5 per lb.*

Regular Snack Sticks $5.00 per lb.*

Jalapeno & Cheese Snack Sticks $5 per lb.*

Splitting into Quarters $20 per quarter

1 Steak per package $40 per beef

Additional Hang Time

$50 per week after 10-14 days

Anything left longer than 1 week after being notified will be subject to a $50 per week storage fee.
